On the way down to the coast, my lucky horseshoe fell out of my arse and is currently living the high life on the side of I-540.

We had crap weather and water today for fishing. Not surprising to me since my luck is so bad that I’ve never won a powerball. And I mean ever.

Considering we had 2 11yo boys on the boat for their first trip, we opted not to hit open waters. We spent the morning trolling the inlet and backside of shackleford.

Wouldn’t you know that Scotty and Charles put us on some blues before we had a chance to put on sunscreen. The boys were snatchin’ up lips left and right.  There were some BIG BIG BIG smiles on that boat this morning. The boys were OVER THE MOON for their first trip away from the dock.

You can absolutely not go wrong with Scotty and Charles. They have an incredible depth of knowledge in the fishing area and fishing in general.  And the trip was SUPER KID FRIENDLY to boot!

Caught our first first within 60 seconds of the first cast. Captain and First Mate are super experienced in these waters. We couldn’t of asked for a better day of fishing and cruising. Next time we’ll do a full day so we can go out to the deep waters. Highly recommend these guys and we will be returning. Thanks again for a great time

By far one of the best crews I’ve gotten to fish with. All of the Lines in the water literally the entire time, a first mate who busted his butt to make that happen and a boat/captain who communicated and worked with us like no other. You won’t be disappointed fishing with these gentlemen!!!

Great trip with great people went out of there way to make sure we had a great trip. We had a different day booked and right away they contacted us and let us know that the wind was going to be terrible and ask if would like to switch days . We did and they put us on fish first thing.
