- Well, I have always been on a boat, I've been fishing since I was a little boy, bringing fish for the whole family – my mom was a great chef and she would cook everything I caught, including Crayfish, Crab, Lobster, and Flounder. I caught so many I even started selling them to a local restaurant! As I grew up, I became a chef in the Caribbean where I worked on a charter sailboat for the Stardust Company in St Marteen. again, I was in my element. When I came to Texas I looked for a boat right away.
- Techniques
- I used different fishing techniques depending on the season. I like live bait shrimp or crocker, crabs, sometime mullets that I would get with a cast-net. I do like fly fishing but you need a lots of space to cast your line. Dead or live shrimp always worked. Like to use artificial lures for Spotted Trout.
