We booked a half day trip with Captain Steve and we had a great time. He contacted me before the trip and asked what we wanted to fish. He picked us up and provided all the gears. He was patient with my 10yo son and made sure that he caught a few fishes. My son caught the biggest small mouth bass he ever caught and had a wonderful time. He cleaned all the fishes that we were allowed to take home and they tasted delicious. Thank you Captain Steve for a great memory. We will surely reach out to him again in the future.

My son and I booked a trip to fish for Musky, neither of us had any experience in this.  Steve set us up with good functioning and easy to use tackle.  He was very informative and patient working with us on our technique .  My son landed 2 Musky and I was not able to keep mine hooked.  Even when the weather turned unpleasant on us Steve kept going and made it a very memorable trip.

Husband and Wife fished all day on two lakes. Guide was informative, gave good tips, helped with casting, bait, and netting fish. He chuckled when netting the fish, which was funny to listen to. He had good sense of humor. He was a good story teller. He knew the area well and background, too. We highly recommend.

A great day overall.  A tough day on the water bite-wise. The monsters stayed put and numbers were down, but Steve kept moving us around until they started hitting.  He also did a great job teaching us how to improve our technique and learned to bottom jig as well.  Lot’s of fun working hard to get off the schneid!  Memories for a lifetime.

As a family we went fishing with Steve and we had a great time.  We caught walleyes, northern pike, large mouth bass, rock bass, and pan fish.  Steve was patient and taught the boys how to fish with jigs.
