- I grew up in Charleston, SC, and started fishing at a very young age. I became a licensed guide because I wanted other people to experience the thrill of catching fish. My favorite part of the job is the teaching part. It's great to see what you have taught to novices in action and the accomplishment of seeing them catching their first fish.

- I prefer to use spinning gear and live bait or artificial baits to get fish to eat.
