We arrived a few minutes earlier than stated when we booked the trip. Captain Vincent was kind enough to let us board early. We were able to harvest 9-10 fish with opportunities at plenty of more, but we couldn’t seal the deal. We also seen a group of dolphins about 10 yards off the boat and a few manta ray’s swimming past as well. Would highly recommend this trip with captain Vincent. We will be back to spear some more fish with captain Vincent the next time we are in Florida.

This was an awesome and unique experience. Our family fishes a lot and we have been many places fishing but this was unique and very exciting. Captain Vinny was right on time and right on the fish! With the water lit up you can see a lot that you would not normally see. The dolphins paid us a visit to partake in some of the fish also which was exciting to watch along with a couple manatee mamas with there young close beside. The adventure was great and we did as much learning about the wildlife as we did fishing. One small suggestion if you want to keep some of the fish you will need a good size cooler. We will defiantly be doing this charter again. Thank you Captain Vinny!

We had a great evening with Captain Vinnie. My family and I (party of 5) arrived at the boat ramp at 630pm and he was ready to go.  The boat was in the water, the generator was running and the lights were on. His boat is equipped just for this purpose and its very comfortable. We ran the shallows out to the oyster bars.  Capt. Vinnie instructed us on how to find the fish and how best to gig them.  We started gigging right away.  We ran across some pompano and we were able to net them into the boat.  We had an opportunity to bowfish some jack cravelles, we got 3, but bowfishing is more challenging than gigging. We harvested plenty of fish.  We got sheephead, black drum, sand perch, pompano and jack crevalle. A bonus to the trip was watching a few dolphin follow us all night.  The spent the night rounding up mullet. Overall, this charter trip gets 5 Stars! It was one of the best charters I’ve been on. Kudos to Capt. Vinnie Hahr!

I struggle with saying anything good about this trip. Not because it wasn’t GREAT but for fear that EVERYONE will discover him and I will no longer be able to book a trip with him.
I did this for my husband who hands down prefers to be out in the ocean, in a big boat catching big fish. I was so nervous that he would think “gigging” was somehow beneath him.
He had an ABSOLUTE BLAST! The weather did not cooperate but Captain Vinny did his job and we somehow left with a cooler full of fish!  He knew how to find and in some cases, chase down the fish. He was very patient and answered all of my questions prior to the trip, and I had a ton! He was on time and did a great job as Captain. A weird datenight… a cool experience!!:)

We went out last night with Captain Vinnie, Great experience for our family of 4, mom, dad, 7yo girl, 9yo boy.  Super knowledgeable and professional.  We got all the fish we could want, non stop action for everyone.  Flounder, sheepshead, black drum, mullet, barracuda.  Saw needlefish, snook, puffers, rays, redfish, brittle stars, lobster, birds, baitfish, dolphin all around us.  Very fun, interactive experience for all. We have done many things with our kiddos, this is at the top of the list.  If you don’t have a blast the problem is you!
