If you want someone who is proactive in almost everything he does, this is your captain. There’s nothing like getting out on the water and hoping to enjoy the day then something happens all bc your captain prepared. Captain Brian’s boat is pristine, very organized, and he will have everything ready to go the minute you arrive. Arrival time for us was 6:30, and when we arrived, the boat was in the water, clean, live bait was ready and cooler was filled. Also, I’ve had some fear of being out on the water since I was a kid from a bad boating accident. Although Capt. Brian didn’t know this…..there was never a time where we felt unsafe. He’s been on the water and driving boats most of his life and it shows! We had a great time! Would book with Captain Brian again.

Our intergenerational party of six (including myself, my husband, our two boys (ages 11 and 14) and my in-laws) had a fantastic time.  Brian was very accommodating, suggesting an earlier departure time in order to avoid having my in-laws out in the heat of the day, and very patient, explaining to us how to reel in the various types of fish and answering our many questions about fishing, his experience, and the area.  We had to throw back a few fish that were too small or too large, per regulations, but there were a couple of keepers that Brian cleaned and filleted for us.  The trip was a real highlight—and so was that night’s dinner!  We would highly recommend booking with Flood Tide Charters!

Brian was well prepared and great to converse yet. His equipment was in good working order and the bait was fresh. He was very patient with my 10 year old niece helping her catch her first redfish. We all caught fish, which was second to just spending time with family today. We enjoyed our trip greatly.
