- Depending on the species of fish being targeted, Williamson Outfitters employs a myriad of fishing techniques and equipment. For example, if flounder is on the menu then we suggest nighttime gigging in shallow water aboard one of our custom Gatortail boats with a lighted platform, or if tripletail is the target then we recommend using traditional spinning rods (light tackle) with slip corks around flotsam in the bay aboard one of our custom bay boats. So whatever the targeted species is Williamson Outfitters has the specific gear, boats, experience, and techniques that ensure extremely high success rates!
