We met Capt Scott at Monroe Canal Marina in St James City as scheduled.  He was already there waiting for us.  He is very personable, and we had a good conversation as we went out into the open water.  Capt Scott was well prepared for us with plenty of bait.  He tried a couple areas, but no sheepshead were found, just grouper.  We found the “honey hole” and brought in 8 fish, one was 19”!!  The fish were all clean and packed in ice for us to take home.  Capt Scott told us how he prepares and cooks the fish.  We used our Blackstone to cook the fish, and it was delicious!  I would book with Capt Scott again in the future.

This was an amazing trip it was the perfect day! We had to reschedule due to weather and forecast. Scott graciously made us aware and rescheduled us for a better forecasted day. We caught a lot of fish! Even a stingray, puffer fish, tons of trout, lady fish, and red fish. We even saw dolphins! Captain Scott is such a kind, patient, smart fisherman! We cannot wait to come back and do it again! Our two sons, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

We had a great 1/2 day fishing with Captain Scott. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we caught fish. My teenage son loved it and I would highly recommend booking with him. A storm came up and CS moved us to other spots to avoid the rain. The four of us in our group had a good experience. Scott is friendly and answered all of our questions without getting annoyed. I ask a lot of questions!
If I am back I. This area I will definitely book with him again. My nephew had never caught a fish prior to this trip so it was very exciting for him.We caught Redfish and Mangrove Snapper, didn’t have luck with the trout or snook due to the storm coming up on us.
