Me and my girlfriend loved our time out at sea with captain Ramirez. Very knowledgeable and very patient, as cause the first Mahi Mahi of the morning wrapped itself into our prop and he handlined it to where we could get a gaff on it. Good boat good gear it’s all you need for these waters and they’ll get you on whatever fish you hope for. Only thing why 4 stars is because if you decide to have your fish filleted and ceviched once your done make sure to have extra cash cause I didn’t and I ended up paying over $500 pesos for the ceviche when I didn’t have cash and felt like I was paying to much when I used my card with them. Don’t let this discourage you tho loved the fishing out there and the fish tasted amazing. 🎣👍

One of the best fishing trips I have ever taken. The whole experience was seamless and excellent.

Jamie, the owner, offered us private transportation at a rate comparable to taxis and his driver arrived right when he said he would and was waiting on at the dock when we came back. He even had a cooler for putting our fish in on the way home.

The check in/license purchase was efficient. Buy the live bait. Silly not to.

The boat was exactly as advertised. A bit of shade and made to go fishing in. Multiple rod locations and very seaworthy.

Our captain came from a fishing family and had over 25 years experience in the local waters and you could tell. He could tell that a fish was going to strike before it happened just by how the live bait was acting. Very impressive!

My son and I ended up catching 10 fish in about 4hrs. We weren’t the first to catch fish but our captain saw where people were getting the first hits of the day and moved us about 1000 or so feet east of those first couple hits. We had a double header mahi mahi inside of 5 minutes! No way that was coincidental, we moved into the current where I’m guessing they were coming from.

If you are a fisherman from elsewhere, there is zero need to spend any more money. These guys have it dialled in with everything you need.

We are going again tomorrow! Hopefully we can have some more of the same success!

The trip was one of the “should have been here yesterday” or even should have been here this morning that nearly all of us have experienced.  High pressure system moved through mid-day and picked up the chop and killed the fishing.  The morning trips were still cleaning bunches of mahi and tuna when we arrived for the trip, but there was not a single fish at the cleaning tables when we returned :(

However, the captain and Jose fished as hard as they could have.  We tried live bait sets and chum at three spots to see if there were tuna or mahi.  Then we drove almost all the way to Cabo San Lucas to try another spot.  Nothing…  Then we put on a 5-line trolling set (2 ballyhoo) and trolled all the way back from CSL to SJDC looking for a marlin or big mahi.  Basically we tried everything one might expect and just got skunked.  The effort and efficiency were there though.

My first time booking on fishing booker app. Was super easy using app, and paying deposit was quick. Paid deposit $45 and received a message within minutes from Daliken. Jaime was very attentive and gave clear instructions for day of trip. We also got a recommendation from Jaime on a driver for a round trip ride, which we ended up using and very happy we did. Driver was on time and had no issues. Total cost was reasonable split 3 ways ($450) for a 32’ boat that had a restroom and two fighting chairs. We caught several fish on our day trip 6:30 AM 10:30
Once we got onto the dock,
Crew did not waste no time getting us out on the water and rigs set up for trolling. We literally got on the boat and within 10 mins we were fishing. They understand time is important, big plus. I’ve been on some other boats that took way longer. Captain and assistant Ulysses and Jesus weee awesome! Great crew. Over all experience was great, definitely will book again with Daliken. 100 percent we recommend Daliken.

Our Fishing report for December 3: We caught 4 Dorados medium sized, we hooked a Rooster but came off mid fight, and saw sail fish jumping, attempted trolling to hook one. We also saw a whale pod.

I was picked up on time per my arrangements with the company. Everything was as agreed to, we were fishing by 6am. The boat is smaller but big enough to get the job done. Captain didn’t speak great English but he knows the area and put us on fish. There’s a small bathroom for the lady’s and a cooler for beers if you don’t have your own. One thing to note is there’s no fish box so if you want your catch on ice you’ll have to bring a game bag or large cooler. This is typical of the smaller boats in Mexico. Would definitely recommend and I would book them again myself.
