I am always amazed by sour grapes after the event especially when we work so hard to please guests on a 7-8 hour day along with the added preparations it takes prior to departure and fish cleaning filleting at the end of the day not to mention boat cleaning.
Unfortunately there are times when bait pumps or electrical items fail and this is unfortunate so for that we apologize.
The go out sport fishing and sometimes do not catch fish for a number of reasons but this does not differ from the fact that we try our best everyday regardless.

I am Ricardo Fifield, Manager of the mosquito fleet.
I am the person that gave you your fish when you came and pick it up. I am the one that help you call your hotel and got them to keep your fish for you.
As I was passing you guys your fish you told me you wanted some of the white fish, and I passed you what you asked me for and when you filled your cooler you told me that I could give the rest to your captain.
I did not charge you anything that you did not consume, your last bill was for 12 beer, 2 t-shirts and 1 box of ziplock bags, I am sorry if you think that we nickel and dime you but I only work here and it is my job to charge people when they buy beers and t-shirts. On your last day fishing the bait pump stopped working, when the captain called me I told him to come back to the shop to have the bait pump replaced, and I gave him instructions to go back and buy more bait at our cost, I am sorry this caused some discomfort but unfortunately it is something that can break and we have no control over it.
I am the manager here and it means a great deal to me customer satisfaction so when there is a negative comment especially about me I feel that I need to address this.
