We had a great outing fishing with Capt. Zach. We fished inshore due to windy weather conditions. On the way out to our fishing spot we stopped and gathered bait from a couple of different spots and completely different ways that we were used to. It was interesting listening to Zach explain to how we were gathering the bait and the reasons we did it. When we got to our fishing spot, the fishing was pretty hot and heavy.The fish were on almost from the first cast. We limited out on mangrove snappers and caught some yellow Jack, some yellow tail, red grouper, and a few other fish. The last hour we moved to a spot to try to catch some sharks for some catch and released action. We landed a 6 foot lemon shark and lost out on about five other sharks that we were unable to land, it was truly a fun experience. As we were traveling back to the dock, we went around Key West and saw different views of the island we had never seen before from the water, once we got to the dock, Zack got out his knife and got to filleting in the fish, He filleted for about 45 minutes and bagged up our fish for transport to our hotel.
Zach as a guide, was superb and fun to be around, after being with him for a few minutes you felt like lifelong friends. I highly recommend this guide service!

We had captain Hugh today. It had potential to be a tough day with a northern blowing in and changing weather conditions, but due to the outstanding effort he put into our trip we ended up with a great haul and fantastic experience. I have been out with him several times and every time he produces not only great customer service, but great fishing, which turns into an awesome experience for all involved. From booking, communication, to the final product(fishing) this company does a phenomenal job. They are a great example of what a good fishing charter SHOULD be. Great job Hugh, thanks for the great trip. We can’t wait to get back out and rip some lips again!
