What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Hollywood, Florida for the first time?

Don’t book here as they will cancel after you show up if they don’t think they are making enough money with enough bookings and ruin your whole day and possibly trip. Only care about making money not pleasing customers. Will do an old fashioned shakedown to get more money from you on site or cancel trip if you don’t pay more.

Book a full day trip to be able to get offshore and into some meat species. Our half day trip for my three sons and I was fine but if we wanted to get into heavier fishing we would have needed more time.

This time of year, ponchos, even if not a cloud in the sky. We got soaked from the spray.

ChasinFins got us in the zone while other bots were struggling. Local Knowledge and boat atmosphere was great. I would recommend to any group.

Expect the experience of ocean fishing and understand not every trip is going to catch fish. But the chance to catch fish is the most important!
