What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Fajardo for the first time?

Check to make sure there is not a lot of seaweed coming in. If so in shore fishing could be little tough.

If you’ve never been on a fishing boat on the open ocean, be sure to pack some Dramamine just in case!

The waters were pretty choppy because of the weather, so we just did some trolling and made sure the kids had fun!

It's all about the weather, unfortunately you can't control it but try to go out when it's not so windy. We stayed on the Carribean side and not the Atlantic side to stay in calmer waters.

Definitely a good experience for 1st timers. We have experience but this would be a great trip to bring kids and catch fish.

Ensure you know what the different types of fishing are and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Bring sunscreen/sun shirt, the sun is hot in the morning on the east side of the island.
