Deep sea fishing co. Noosa our 1/2 , 3/4 and full day Fishing Charters in Noosa aboard Deepsea 7 and Catch 22. The offshore fishing conditions are varied alot the last couple of weeks, one day its SE for a couple of days then NE then SE but overall most of our offshore fishing charters have been productive. 1/2 and 3/4 day deep sea fishing charters around the 50 – 55 metre grounds have been producing some medium and large size cod , cobia, coral trout, and there has been a few mackeral and dolphin fish turning up around the fringes of the reef, wherever the bait schools have been congregating. The weed beds on the offshore fishing charter grounds have produced sweet lip, maori cod, trag jew, silver jew, venus tusk fish, pearl perch the snapper seem to have moved back out to the deeper water at the moment, but overall our deep sea fishing charters and offshore fishing charters on the local reefs have fished quite well for the last couple of weeks. Our full day fishing charters up double island point have been productive. Mostly small to medium size scarlett perch, venus tusk fish, silver jew, some big cod, mahi mahi have been boated around these fishing grounds in the 60 – 65 metre mark. The sharks are quite thick though at the moment so some of the bigger fish have been taxed by the tax man. Full day fishing charters out the Barwon banks have produced moses perch, goldband snapper, peral perch, squiry snapper no real big snapper at the moment but plenty of fish around the 3kg mark on our full day offshore fishing charters. Deep sea fishing from Noosa takes approximately an 1.5 hour travel to the Barwon banks and the Hards and most of the time produces some really good quality fish on our deep sea fishing charters. This time of the year deep sea fishing and offshore fishing early starts are the key if your thinking of booking a fishing charter out of Noosa aboard our boats Deepsea 7 and Catch 22 get out early and be home mid afternoon and beat the predominant NE trade winds which are around now till after Christmas.
