I would recommend you go offshore fishing and do a catch and cook if you can. There are many restaurants around that will cook the fish that you catch once they're cleaned. Call around and check out which ones work.

Make sure you have your directions down, not hard at all to find but dont want to be trying to find it the morning of the trip. After trip you can go to LG Schooners restaurant there at the docks where they will cook your fresh catch right there...it was excellent!
