Took the crew of the "Knot Debaitable" out to Montauk yesterday for a mixed bag trip. We started fluking on the south side in some pretty decent swells. The fluke weren't that cooperative, but the sea bass didn't disappoint. John & Greg had non-stop action with the sea bass all day, a steady mix of shorts and keepers. I even got in on the action, jigging up a keeper. We caught 1 keeper fluke, and when the tide slowed, we decided to head back to Gardiners Island. We hit the fluke grounds, and caught two of the largest sea bass of the day, and a nice fluke to finish up a great day for the boys.
