Trip Summary

The fish are biting. Redfish, Snook, Trout on the inshore side have been on fire. With the negative low tides this time of year and having the right boat to run the skinny backwater you are in for a great time of fishing. These fish with the falling tides have no place to go but the deep pot holes that are within the shallow back country. Fish on! The near shore/offshore bite has been just as good. Most charters are producing over 100 fish . Weather has been nice with calm seas . Grouper, Lane Snapper, Gray Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, Sea Bass, Porgy and have also been getting some Mahi on the offshore trips. Nearshore trips are not all the big ones but the bite is consistent and we always bring home dinner. The Offshore trips we venture out further and deeper normally around 30 miles and the fish tend to get a little bit bigger out there. Snapper, and big Red Grouper have been consistent and quite the fight. Cobia are starting to show up as well as some big Lane snapper. Either way the bite has been great all around.
