We went out in search of fish in general. We started by catching bait which didn't take long and were hooked up within 5 minutes. We boated a jack and continued and within a few minutes were hooked up again, this time the fish got off. Just afterwards another bite and it was a 25 lb jack that put a hurting on poor Molly. Then the fishing slowed a little but we were casting as we were trolling and landed another jack and 2 needlefish including a monster. We moved to another spot and had a rooster bite but it let go before we could do anything. Also a giant mackerel cut a bait in half and the biggest barracuda Ive seen tasted a bait before swimming lazily away. We found some skipjack tunas but they were being difficult we landed 2 but had a lot of chasers. We went back for some more big fish in the afternoon but the bite was slow so we ended up jigging up 3 more jacks before the day was over.
