Trip Summary

I ran a trip for another guide service and had 4 great guys who had an amazing day of fishing. They caught 20 Redfish by noon. We had some time left, so I made a long run in search of Speckled Trout. Unfortunately the bite finally turned on just as it was time to head in. I was happy to stay a little longer out there so they could put some specks in the boat. At Speckled Trout # 35 we called it and ran back to the dock. Another incredible day! Captain Drake Morvant

Donna and Lorraine returned to the Bluewave for a quick trip recently. The ladies put their share of fish in the boat using live shrimp and artificial baits. Liz and Nick returned for another fun day on the Bluewave recently. We covered over 30 miles of water, finding a slow trout bite every bit of the way. The last hour of the trip the wind died, giving us perfect conditions for sight fishing redfish. They caught enough to save the day and kept a couple for the trip home. Captain Drake Morvant
