Trip Summary
We went out at 7a.m for a full day trip. The sea was calm and flat like oil with some debris at the surface due to the heavy rain we had the days before. No sign of birds at all. After few hours we saw a first school of skipjack near a FAD and were lucky to hook 2 skipjacks that we took some minutes to take out as they were good fighters. The school then dived. We continued trolling and found another school hooked few skipjacks lost some and caught 3 more. On the way back we caught an 18 pounds wahoo and were back in the lagoon of Le Morne with 5 skipjack and a wahoo
