June 8 All Day Light Tackle Bottom Fishi

Trip Summary

Off today with Ray and “Triggerfish Tammy” Winkel. Finally we have a nice calm day…..it’s a miracle I tell ya!!! Used light spinning tackle and caught Seabass,Triggerfish,Sharks,Vermillion Snapper and released several American Red Snappers which are out of season.Tammy caught a 5 pound 1 ounce “Citation” Triggerfish as well!! Dropped in to the beach to look for Cobias while trolling for Spanish Mackerel.Caught some Spanish and released 3 undersized Cobia.
