There are some simple things being a captain that can be so difficult. I'm talking about the daily decision of where to take my clients fishing. Should I run the same spots as the day before or should I check other favorite spots, nearly 30 just in a 20 square mile area. There all good for snook, trout or redfish. Where to go...where to go?? My decision wasn't made until I started away from the dock with the clients. I'll try a threepete, three days in a row at the same spot, where I had been catching numerous large reds and some snook. I made the right decision. Three hours at the same spot with giant over slot reds, trout and several jack cravelle.
