This great group of guys drove all night from North Carolina to fish in Florida. The morning started with a little rain so we pushe dthe trip back a half hour to wait out the downpour. Once the rain cleared we were left with near perfect conditions and the Gulf of Mexico was essentially flat calm, so I decided to run out into the Gulf about 8 miles and see if we could get onto the late summer nearshore Grouper bite. Mission Accomplished!!
