Spring time patterns have arrived, just about every species that we guide for can be caught right now! Bluecats are coming out of 1.5-2' of water and putting on a real show once they realize that they are hooked! Crappie are a pre spawn pattern in 6-10' of water and give quite a thump when a bait is presented just right. White bass and hybrids can be caught in the creeks known as the run as well as typical open water humps and creek channels. A little bit of birds have been working in the evenings which is always an exciting time!

We are at the peak of our winter pattern right now for crappie, white bass and striper! We have been fishing out deep all on artificial and the fish are hungry! 40-60' has been the place with the action. It is time for them to gorge in preparation for their journey to the shallow spawning waters. These trips have been a whole lot of fun and catching action for everybody, the lightest bite typically tends to be the biggest fish. All of the lakes in which we serve are fishing well right now.

We have been battling so big winds but also have been coming in with some big boxes! The white bass are going nuts at Lake Lewisville right now. Striper are also on absolute fire at Texoma. Lake Lewisville was stocked with fingerling hybrids last year, currently we are catching a whole bunch of juveniles. During this time we must do our part to protect that amazing fishery. They should be keeper size maybe late this year and next year. Looks like we will be setup with the best hybrid fishing in about a decade! Come and experience some of the best fishing of the year!
