We went out forn6hrs fishing. Found a big school of bonito far out. On the flinders bank which is at 12 nautical miles from the coast. First time in n bit even we could see plenty of bonitoes feeding. We tried once more and had 3 strikes....and caught one. We tried to go back to the school but to way it was moving to fast. We then noted the presence of another school smaller in size we went through and the reel started to sing....3 beautiful doradoes jumping at the back. We managed to catch them and go back to the school but the fish went down. We found 2 more schools of doradoes on the way back but they were more interested we the flying fishes than with our baits. We were back at 1p.m. with some nice fish for dinner.
