Trip Summary

Spring has sprung! Although water temps are down from a week ago by 7 or so degrees to the mid 50s,, we found a nearshore variety today. Blues, Grey Trout, Flounder, Redfish, and some chunker Specks. Don't delay, book today!

Saturday - 3/18/17- Fished the brother duo of Kelly and David Manion. With the drop in water temps I moved back into classic winter type habitat in the marsh. Epic, I mean epic, mirrolure fishing. 40 or so fish, all but a dozen were keepers, left em biting when it started pouring. Kept our three man limit. Color 808 and 809 were the ticket. The trout just crushed em. They were feeling spry as many fish completely broke water and some even grey hounded.
