My family and I were visiting from Atlanta and wanted something different to do this go around in Marco Island. I chose Captain Rio over many of the other charters due to the outstanding reviews he had. He definitely lived up to them and then some! He was extremely knowledgeable about the different fish species and taught the first timers on the boat a lot! He knew I wanted to catch a Goliath grouper, but they weren’t biting as much as the red fish were and even extended our trip an hour until we caught one. I highly recommend Captain Rio’s charter, you’ll have a fantastic time!

Ashley!!! For a beginner you shure know how to catch fish!!! forget fishing!!! all you do is catching!!! I felt guilty charging you for the trip because I had so much fun with you and your guests! We took our 9 and 10 year old fishing for the 1st time and they had a ball. Captain Rio is very experienced, he was patient with the girls and we all had a great time. The girls cant wait to fish again and it was a great family experience with great pics and memories.
