Ronnie nailed it. I had 2 small boys and basically asked to keep the fish biting. He took us to a few locations where the water was calm and literally every other cast had a bite. Although we threw about 20+ small trout back he kept the boys busy. The 3 hour inshore trip was a perfect amount of time to get out, share some good times with my family, and back to the car to avoid any of the whiny stuff of “Are we there yet.”.
