This is the first time we met a captain who listened to our description of the fishing experience we wanted and delivered it, plus!  Our half day with captain John was a fishing joy, learning so much, doing just what we asked, and as an unexpected addition, based on 20years of past experiences, he went so far out of his way to make our time so special. We are booking our next experience with him and have no thoughts of turning to someone else- why do so when you have experienced the BEST?

I have been on over 20 fishing charters and this is the best by far. John was a pleasure to be around, he knows where the fish are, and he was patient with my guest who had never been on a fishing charter. Every aspect of the trip was awesome!!! I highly recommend booking with Day 5 Charters.

This was a great trip. Captain John took us to his secret shark spots where we caught a 4.5’ bull shark, even though it was a rather slow day due to still waters and lack of current. While the shark lines were in, we were able to fish off the other sides of the boat where we caught plenty of snook, mangrove snapper and a few others. Everything was so great. We would definitely use Day 5 Charters again! Thank you for an awesome shark experience, Captain John!
