We had an excellent day of mahi mahi fishing on the Lucky Hook with Captain Jorge. I booked the trip based upon all the great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. We caught more fish than we could count and at one location caught 30 plus as they schooled around the boat. Don’t hesitate, book the trip you will be glad you did! My son even caught a 3 foot silk shark that wore him out.

Cool morning start at 7AM. Had fish on the boat — Mahi-mahi and snapper — within first 90 minutes! Captain Jorge knew what he was doing and was great with my son. Overall great trip.

Although we didn’t catch anything big as the waters were too rough, we did hang in calmer waters and caught a few smaller fish. Jorge was a great captain and host. Highly recommend.
