Truly one of the best fishing charters I’ve been on in my life! I am from BC and do a lot of salmon and halibut fishing. This trip was amazing. Caught a 9’5” black marlin. Arms were ready to fall off and I was seriously thinking of heading back to port from shear exhaustion. But Captain Ariel fired the lines back in, I had a rest and a couple beverages and we hooked into a 7’10” sailfish. And we still continued to fish!! He did not want to quit. I can count on one hand the true diehard fisherman I know Ariel is now one of them.

Best fishing crew we have ever used in Vallarta.  They listened to what we were interested in fishing and did just that.  It was a great time for all of us.  Will be using them again in my next trip.

Clean well run boat.  Experienced crew had us on fish within minutes.  All the Bonito and Spanish Mack anyone could want.  All smallish.  Next time will be during the rains targeting marlin and yellowfin on a fly.

Ariel is really a nice guy and helped us to catch a 50 lbs yellow tail, although we lost it at the last minute after 40 mins fight, but we really enjoyed the 6 hours trip with Ariel and his crew. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family when they visit Puerto Vallarta, and of course if I go there again, definitely choose Calypso II

We caught about 50 Bonita fish Samuel and his mate were awesome and helping us bring of them all in , finding the right area to fish .
I would highly recommend this crew they even made us some sushi on board during our 4 hour half day.
We don’t catch the big one but it was a successful day catching fish.
