Captain Scott is very passionate about fishing in Alaskan waters, he put us on the fish every day.  We had 1 day of bad weather (rain and rough seas) and he tucked us into an area where the seas were calm and most importantly there were fish to be caught.  Captain Scott helped the inexperienced anglers in our group and gave pointers to the more experienced anglers.  My 10 year old grandson summed it up perfectly “This fishing trip was more fun then Disney World”.

Captain Scott is a knowledgeable guide and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him for good fishing and conversation. Comfortable boat even in sketchy weather. We saw whales, dolphins, eagles, and of course FISH!

Captain Scott worked hard to put us on the fish. I caught my first coho salmon! As a bonus on our trip our captain spotted some whales and put us within a hundred yards for a perfect view of the pod. Captain Scott was entertaining and kept the trip fun throughout our excursion. I highly recommend fishing with Captain Scott!! He is local to the area and has a keen sense of where to find the fish. I spent 11 days in Alaska and this by far was my best day here! Already planning a trip for next year and fishing with Captain Scott is on top of the list. Booked a trip with Captain Scott while in Ketchikan on a cruise. Pre trip he responded to all questions promptly and with accurate info. Upon departing the ship, he had the boat pulled up within 100 feetof ship and was waiting with a sign welcoming my 11 year old son and I. The whole trip was an awesome experience. While we didn’t catch fish early, Captain Scott asked us to keep the faith. Within a short time we were catching both King and Pink Salmon. I took my family out for a day on the water with Captain Scott and he went above and beyond to make the trip more than enjoyable. Not only is he a phenomenal fisherman, he is also a great teacher and kept us entertained with fun banter and stories all day, as well as educating us on the local wildlife. My family went home with enough fish for multiple meals as well as great memories. The boat and equipment is also in great shape, we felt safe and well equipped for everything that came our way. You will not go home dissapointed after a day on the water with this captain!
