We had a great day on the water with Captain Rob. The fish weren’t cooperating early, but Rob was determined to have us catch fish and we stay out past our time. The note turned in our favour, an both our boys caught their first Redfish and mama came through with a keeper. Perfect trip and Captain for families and the highlight of our trip to Destin! Bill, Maja, Mason and Jack came all the way from Canada to fish with me this week. They were OUTSTANDING anglers! I really enjoyed the fellowship. We had an amazing time with Captain Rob!!! It was me, my six year old son, and his dad that went. We caught 9 different species of fish!! We ended up catching 9 fish we were able to keep, we caught a few that were too small but most were too big to keep (yes, too big). The biggest we caught was a 42 inch black drum that put up a heck of a fight to get in the boat but was so fun to experience. Captain Rob was so personable, was amazing with our son and just a great guy. We plan on coming back next year and will most certainly call him again!!!

Shanna, Joey, and Garrett were OUTSTANDING! We had a beautiful Florida morning to fill the Yeti up with some fish. Black Drum, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Remora, Spadefish, and Trout made the list. Garrett is so smart—truly educated on fishing-shows he finds on YouTube! He knew all about our birds and fish species. This was an overall excellent experience for my family and I. My son, daughter and wife have never deep sea fished before and Rob made everyone feel very comfortable. We caught quite a few variety of fish. Some we kept, and some we threw back. The fish we kept, Rob filleted them for us. I can’t say enough how great Rob was. We had great conversations and taught us a lot about the wildlife in the ocean. BTW, we saw a lot of dolphins throughout the trip if that interests you. Great Job Rob! We’ll be back! Thank you!

Mark, Stephanie, Ashton, and Ella were FANTASTIC! We rode out to the edge of state waters and had the whole place to ourselves. Black snapper, red snapper, Spanish Mack’s, and triggers. It was bumpy going out but calmed down mid-trip. This family is adventurous and adaptive. They landed multiple species and had great conversations between catches. It was a beautiful Florida day. Yesterday we went bay fishing with Captain Rob and had an amazing time! The day was beautiful and the fish were biting. Captain Rob was very acknowledged on the area and very well equipped for the day, everything from equipment, to water, and even making sure you had a bait on the hook the whole time! His goal the whole time was just to get us in places where we had the best chance catch some fish which was exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend Captain Rob Hansill with L4K Charters on your vacation. My family and I had a wonderful time and we will be back to rip lips once again!!

Eric, Megan, Matthew, Tom, and Tammy made my job so easy. All are accomplished anglers with experience on the water. We landed Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Croaker, and “Gus” the 35” Black Drum. This was the perfect option for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Many of us hadn’t fished in years, but were really excited as beginners. Prior to our trip, Captain Rob efficiently communicated with me regarding updates on weather, directions to the marina, angler info, etc. On the day of our appointment, he met us at the entrance of the marina with a welcoming and exciting attitude. During the entire trip, we felt absolutely safe as he explained all of the safety and fishing guidelines. Captain Rob assisted everyone with baiting the hooks, casting out the lines and reeling in our catches. The boat was spacious enough where we all fit comfortably and even enjoyed the music he provided during the trip. The excitement on the kids’ faces while reeling in a catch was absolutely priceless! This was definitely the highlight of our Destin vacation. Will certainly be repeat customers :)
