If you want to catch walleye this captain and charter are extremely knowledgeable. The boat is very spacious and safe. I have never been walleye fishing so my son’s and I learned a lot. We are more of a spin fish fly fish group so in the long run not sure trolling type trips are for us. But as I said if you want to fill your freezer and catch lots of fish then i would recommend pork chop express.

Captain Sam and the Pork Chop Express was awesome.  He was great for a father son trip, with absolutely no experience in fishing.  He took his time with us and made sure we limited out on walleye.  Awesome time.

He got my wife and I on the fish quick.  He definitely knows how to find the fish and where to look.  We hit our limits and look forward to booking with Pork Chop Express again.  Would recommend his charter.

We had a great time with Sam!  He was very knowledgeable and was awesome to chat with.  He did a great job keeping us fishing the whole day.  He cleaned and prepped our fish for us which was a huge help.  I would go on a charter with him again.

Sam was very knowledgeable about the area and where the fish were biting and we landed a 29 inch walleye and a couple of other large ones and limited out in 2 hours. Also his son Caleb was a great first mate. Highly recommend.
