Great captain with lots of knowledge of the area! Would recommend this trip to anyone.

On time and good gear supplied. Got live shrimp nearby but many were too large to use. Taught us how to cast using spinning reel. Took us to about six different locations to fish and ended up with several trout and a nice red. Let us fish over our time to compensate for fish not biting. Overall a good day. Steve very friendly and helpful.
Thanks for the good word Manuel! I was actually thankful for the box of fish we ended up with considering we had to get up to speed on the basics. I think we ended up with 9 or 10 fish? I wouldn’t describe that as fish not biting, but we always want to improve our #‘s. Thanks for the feedback and looking forward to the next trip. Steve
We had a great time fishing with Captain Steve. He did a great job getting us on the fish in some real difficult conditions. We actually had fish in our first few casts! We continued to catch fish through the morning and there wasn’t a dull moment.

We had so much fun out on the water with Steve. Even though we didn’t have a lot of experience, he was super helpful and encouraging. Planning on doing a fall trip with him for our birthdays. Would def rec him.

Well it started out with not being able to find shrimp and a very low tide. So we switched to croaker thinking it would be good. Well we got skunked and couldn’t even fish up all 2 dozen of croaker in 6 hrs of fishing. No ones fault, but just the way fiahing is. Some days are hot and aome are not. Still had a good time with Captain Steve. Will have to try again.
