Captain Richard is a great guy with a great boat. He knows the area very well and knows where to find the fish. Extremely friendly and amazing to have a conversation with while your waiting for them to bite.

Caught a 7 foot nurse shark. Had a couple of big tarpon on. Had a 100 pound tarpon on for about half an hour. Got it next to the boat and it took off again until a hammerhead took it. All in all it was a great experience. Captain rich was very good and knowledgeable with the area. He’s a good guide and I would use him again. Good time and fun.
Captain rich was one of the more knowledgeable and hard working guides I’ve had. We had a blast and can’t wait to get out with him again!
Had a great day fishing with Capt Rich Hastings. Capt Rich took us to great spots with more fish than we have seen on other charters. There is nothing more fun than sight fishing for tailing permit and bonefish and rolling tarpon. Very nice flats boat that was comfortable for my wife and I.
My 12 year old and I had a great time with Rich. He put us on fish right away and moved us when that spot slowed down. We caught fish steadily all morning. Rich worked hard to keep us fishing and having a good time. He was great with my son and taught him to be a better fisherman. Thanks Rich!
