Captain Gordie provided a great experience, he was professional, friendly and patient, but most importantly kept us on fish all day. Leading into the trip, the weather for the original booking day was looking less than ideal (not heavy waves or stormy, but just less than ideal conditions and the next day was supposed to clear) rather than wing it and hope for the best, Captain Gordie proactively reached out and suggested changing the date to be sure we had the best experience possible. We caught a great selection of grouper and snapper, and on “light” tackle, it made for a very fun day. Captain Gordie was kind and helpful, coaching a less than experience angler in the group through the basics, baiting her own hook and even handling her catch.

Gordie was a great guide who was awesome with the kids on the boat as well. Had a lot of fun and made our time extremely enjoyable. Gordie took us to various spots and we caught a lot of fish. Top-notch experience.
Boat road nice while running out to the spots being it’s a twin hull. Jumped on a bunch of snapper and kept no grouper. Usually we see a lot more grouper in charters, but it may be the time of year. Had a good time on the water. For the price it cost to go out, I would have liked to see my fish filleted correctly. There is no head in the boat according to the captain and some of our seniors did not feel like using the sea as the restroom. According to online it’s says there is a head onboard. Captain was nice and talkative and got us on fish for the most part.
