The weather wasn’t the best for after a storm, but the crew worked very hard to find the fish. Slow to start, crew keeped searching setting up taking down, moving and doing it all over again. Went through about 1/2 of a tank of gas, once we found them, we slayed them four about an hour, almost got our limit for six people. This had nothing to do with crew, just the weather. Will definitely be doing this again. Thanks for a great time, our kids loved it and will remember this for awhile.

I booked this trip for my dad’s birthday, but on the morning of our trip the winds were real high and water was choppy.  Makin’ Waves said they’d take us out still if we wanted but that it would be pretty rough, and instead offered to reschedule for the next day.  The lake was real nice the next morning and we had an awesome time! Caught our daily limit with some real massive Walleye.  Great crew that worked hard to make sure we had an awesome day on the water; and we did. 

Definitely recommend this trip and will be using again in the future!

Mike put us on fish within 5 minutes after the first lure was wet and we where on fish the whole time we where on the water. Mike and Jim never got a chance to take a break, the didn’t stop working to make sure we had lines in the water and fish in the net…… Great Day for all!!!

Great trip,captain scott is very knowledgeable when it comes to fishing lake erie! We got into fish as soon as we set gear,and stayed in them till we were done. If you want a successful,fun lake erie fishing experience call scott at making waves.
I will definitely go out with making waves again.

Perfect day out with Captain Scott and first mate Mike. The fishing was amazing and the crew was patient with my boys. We did the charter for my husband’s birthday and it was top notch! Would highly recommend and we will be back next year for sure!
