We couldn’t have asked for a better fishing trip! We saw a huge bull shark, many dolphins, a sea turtle, another shark, CAUGHT a shark and a stingray, a spider crab, and many many catfish, snook, snapper, and trout!
Scott was amazing. So knowledgeable about every single species we saw or caught, very accommodating, friendly, and professional! The boat was super clean and filled with drinks, snacks, and bait!

We hooked up with Scott after we messed up where to meet- he’s shot across the bay to pick up us so we didn’t lose the afternoon.  It was not a great day at low tide, but he spotted fish as we ran to locations in shore and in the bay -we caught some keepers to cook.  He showed my 18 year old how to cast better, to see schools on the surface (my son does sailing racing in New England so he knows How to read the water pretty well- he was stoked by the experience) and how to do fillets. Pretty cool.  He also wanted to stay out longer to make sure we got the most of it since we screwed up the location- my wife wanted us back at 6 sharp to make a dinner reservation - argh- I’m sure we would have gone another 45 or so.  He’s a straight up person, not a lot of BS - for real

Took a family trip, 3 kids, 5,7,15. We had a great time. Scott was super nice and helpful. He helped all the kids and kept them as interested as they could be. He was very knowledgeable about the area and different species we’d catch. We caught quite a few snapper and trout. After our trip, Scott fileted the fish for us to cook back at the resort. Highly recommend Capt Scott!

We booked a half-day trip with Captain Scott and had an excellent time. Scott worked hard to find the fish and we had some success, with the highlight catching a nice snook. This was also a family trip and Scott accommodated our request to view the islands and wildlife around Captiva. He explained the history of the area and provided a nice perspective. I would not hesitate to book with Scott again.
