Despite being novices and one of two passengers a complete neophyte and ….. not convinced that fishing could possibly be fun, Travis was the perfect guide.  We had a great time and Travis’ skills at drift boating was fun to watch and made for a perfect trip.  Would recommend to anyone skilled or not so skilled.  The McKenzie is a treasure we should all remember to protect.

Great time fishing with Travis today. The weather was great as was the fishing.  We caught a variety of fish, and missed a few big ones. Will have to return and try again.  Travis is very knowledgeable of fishing and knows the river well, stopping at several special spots, and saw a couple large fish that weren’t hungry. Would definitely book again with Travis Mark and Jeff

Compared to other guided experiences I have had in OR, Travis was very nice to fish with.  Easy going and patient.  Would fish with him again if I was visiting here in the future.

My son and I really enjoyed fishing with Travis. He has a very easy, pleasant manner, and made us feel comfortable right away. We did a full day trip, caught some fish, and enjoyed some great weather and scenery. Lunch was made to order! Really can’t say enough about what a great day it was. Highly recommended!

We had a great time fly fishing the McKenzie river with Travis.  He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We caught plenty of rainbow trout, and the shore lunch was great!  We highly recommend Travis for your next float trip on the McKenzie river!
