Bubba was awesome.  A little quiet when we left at 700am, but once he got his caffeine he was downright friendly.  Knew what he was doing and knew how to make it fun for beginners.  Brought my high schools senior son and as bunch his friends and we all really enjoyed the whole experience.  Definitely would come back again and recommend to anyone looking for a captain that knows his shit.

The conditions were far from optimal wrong month, cold weather, no current, but captain Bubba and the crew worked hard and found us some very large reds to save the day.  Would definitely book with salty rod again.

Husband and I both caught the largest fish of our lives! Captain was great!! Very knowledgeable and still helped us pull some in in the off season. Could not be happier with the day

We had a great time . There was five of us. Doug was great and very friendly and helpful. We caught 5 very nice black tip sharks. My 14 and 16 year old granddaughters had a blast. My son and wife’s cousin even caught one . Doug did a fantastic job cleaning the fish. Can’t wait to go again with Doug and Salty Rods!

This was one amazing trip. We loved every minute and the captain had us laughing and smiling the whole time. Had tons of fun and caught fish.
