Long boat ride several miles out that could’ve been faster had we not mentioned we wanted to troll some. If we had it to do over again we would’ve trolled on the way back in or not at all for an 8 hour trip. Hard to do both on this length of trip where we wanted to catch some “big” fish. We caught a few fish small-decent snapper, etc but not as many as we hoped for. We did catch a decent shark towards the end. We had very little interaction with the captain throughout the whole trip after we left the dock. The young deckhand was helpful & worked hard.

It was a huge shark! Biggest one of the season! It was eating the fish we hooked till we hooked it! A great day at sea and went to plan as we discussed at the beginning of the trip. The whole day was a great experience for anyone else and we did our best. Captain’s cannot socialize much when the vessel is underway and or fishing, it requires full attention . That is one of the many reasons every thing is discussed before departure and we are always available if you need anything. Trolling lures where out Most of the time.

Out of close to 20-30 trips like this that I have taken with different companies, this was by far the best one I have been on!!! Hands down completely a 5 Star rating in my book!!
