Captain Joel was awesome. He put us on fish early and often. His gear was reliable, the boat was comfortable, and Captain Joel accommodated all fishing experience levels on the boat. Can’t way to go again.
We had to stay inside the bay due to rough weather, but Captain Taylor found a good inside spot and we caught some sea trout and 2 small sharks that added to the action of the day. Thanks for a great day on the water
The day started with a bunch of rain so most guides cancelled but we showed up right when the rain broke and Captain Joel was ready to go out. His deckhand, Lisa, got right to work helping us get ready and off. The wind was really hard but Captain Joel made best of it and we got 4 hours in. He was working to find us different locations if the fish stopped biting. He was direct on his approach, but that’s how we prefer it. Lisa was super nice and friendly. They both took the time to help explain how to use the different rods and I have to say they are a great team. We will be using them again.

We had a blast! Captain was very attentive on bait, getting fish, and new hooks! We caught many different kinds of fish basically the while 8 hours we were out. Joel was awesome, making us laugh and having fun the whole trip. Book sharktooth charters, you won’t be disappointed!!
