This was the best day EVER! Marc and Brandon were very professional and extremely helpful with our family of four for our first time out on the ocean waters sportfishing. Marc took us to prime locations where we began catching yellowtail and bonitos within the first hour out, catching (not including the released) 26 tunas. It was incredible and couldn’t have gone any better. It was so exciting! Brandon was super helpful and filleted all fish aboard, showing us how to do our own filets at home and allowing us to try the freshest sashimi we have ever had! We saw sea lions, dolphins, and even had a mako shark experience taking chunks from our catch! It was so worthwhile and the best experience ever. We highly recommend Marc and Brandon and hope we can come back another time. The boat was perfect and they even took us on a tour of the Coronado Islands. We have been enjoying our tasty fish at home in AZ sharing with friends and family. Truly an experience we will always cherish. Thank you so much! From Mary, Justin, and the girls.

Met the crew at the landing and started out right away. We went to the bait pens and did some jigging for larger bait fish, about 15, then received the rest of the bait fish.
Plenty of drinks, recommend a sandwich or snack of your own, but drinks were plenty.
At our first stop we hooked up on a double set of Yellow Fins. I was not prepared for the fight and had to be relieved during the fight but got right back into it after a minute of help from Brandon the deck hand. Turned out it was 22 pound Yellow Fin Tuna that had to be gaffes to get it into the boat. So I don’t feel so bad now.
All in all it was productive and even fun trying to keep the sea lions off the hook fish at times. But for sure the fishing was great.
Fully recommend the experience to anyone interested in a great fishing trip.

This was the first fishing trip for 3/4 of our group and it could not have gone any better. We flew in from Texas the night before but thanks to Captain Marc’s great communication we were more than prepared for the adventure. Our day on the water was easily the best day of our week long trip. The best part is we had plenty of fish to enjoy lunch and dinner. We are already plannnig another trip in August. Marc and Brandon are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful and great at what they do. Being from out of state we learned a lot about the local area and fish, I can not imagine having a better experience with any other crew. I look forward to going out with them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to charter a trip.

Reply from Captain Marc: Yes the Tuna can be tricky. We had great fishing Monday and Tuesday then the fish didn’t want to bite today. Unfortunately, there’s only so much we can control and the rest is up to the fish. I hope you will give is a second chance to get you on some fish next time you book a charter. All the best! Mark put us on the fish right out of the gate we were almost limited out when a captain from the boat down the way came on and said they only had one fish on the boat!! Brandon did a great job as well just all around good people!
