Fishing in Aruba is typically a very rough adventure for those who don’t have “sealegs”, the water was once again very choppy with 8-10 ft swells, not for the faint of heart if you want to catch big fish. Nobody got sea sick but we also took dramamine an hour before the charter. The captain and mate were great hosts, they were experienced, proffesional and funny! We hooked up with mahi (lost them) Tuna (lost them) Kingfish (my new favorite) and capped it off with a big wahoo (tasty!) The fish we brought home covered us for 3 meals (10 people) and saved us about $1,000 in restaurant tabs. I highly recommend this trip as long as you don’t mind the rough surf.

We were picked up by the captain, Marcelino, at 6:45 on the dot just as we were told. Then we got on the boat and away we went. About an hour in my wife caught her first fish ever. A tuna. 30 minutes or so later we caught on two at once, a Mahi Mahi and a Wahoo! talk about an experience! We also caught two barracuda. It was only the captain with us but that’s all we needed, he is very effective and true to the boat’s name in making sure we left happy and more importantly with a catch. He also checked in on us to make sure we were feeling fine as far as the waves. After the trip he prepared the fish for us and allowed us to take the tuna and some mahi mahi to a nearby restaurant to cook for us. AMAZING! so good. Marcelino was very friendly and knowledgeable and my wife an I both felt he was going above and beyond to take care of us. He did offer drinks on our trip as well. Definitely going to have to book again when we come back!

The Captain and No Mar worked hard on a tough day to find some fish. The weather and fish did not cooperate. We enjoyed our time with friends even though the fishing was not good.
Nice company to go fishing with. Good boat, great crew and caught a few fish! Would book this company again!!
Awesome experience even with some choppy water! Had a really good time with the crew and learned a lot while on board!
