Captain Gerry was well equipped, showed my brother and I where to get fresh live bait, and gave us an awesome fishing experience at Catalina Island.  Hey provides you with jackets as it can be a cold ride from Long Beach to the island.  He is knowledgeable at where the good fishing spots are at. Be aware of the seals they are known to steal your catch. All in all it was a fun fishing trip.  Looking forward to come back next year.

Gerry is a great guy. Obviously a father by the way he treated my son. Couldn’t ask for a more patient and likable guy. We caught a bunch of bass and even went out to look for tuna. Found a swarm of dolphins that blew our minds instead. Had a great time through and through.

Went out on a full day with captain Gerry for the second time now. This trip was beyond amazing, crazy all day fishing action! Countless barracuda and calicos! The yellow tails hit and WOW do they fight! We even got a little leopard shark action, Gerry knew right where to find them and we just couldn’t resist the experience of catching (and releasing) some of these beautiful sharks!  Capn Gerry’s knowledge of fishin and marine life is endless!!! Definetly not our last trip with capn Gerry!!

Definitely one of the best fishing trips I’ve been on. Gerry was awesome! He knew where to go and how to work the fish to land some amazing and exhausting catches. My arms are very tired after today but I will remember this for years to come.

Great 1/2 day trip with Captain Gerry on 1/2 day fishing. Very knowledgeable and professional captain who knows everything about fishing in So Calif.
We caught limit of large bass this morning but will go back in a month or two for blue fin tuna!
