I got the trip for my dad as a father’s day present and we took my oldest nephew(12) with us. It was an incredible day that gave us all a chance to make memories from it that’ll last a lifetime. Capt. Paul and first mate Scott were great at teaching all of us and working with my nephew. We had never fished like this before. Capt. Paul was even able to get me onto a blue marlin. I can’t wait to see the pictures that he got of it since we were to busy fighting the marlin to get any ourselves. We would not even consider going to anyone else if we are able to book a trip again next summer. I would highly recommend them to anybody that asks and have already been recommending them to the guys I work with!

Excellent trip!  Nice warm cabin for the trip out.  Captain Paul worked hard to get us in the right spot at the right time.  It was a slow day for all of the boats, but we still managed to haul in 95 lbs of yellowfin tuna.  The first mate, Scott is the most experienced fisherman I have ever met.  He kept us entertained with anecdotes when the afternoon was slow.  When we got back to the dock, other than one tuna, the other boats only had false albacore aka dog food.  There was an expert at the warf who was available to clean our fish and pack it on ice in our coolers.  I will definitely book with STOLAT again.

Our family of six had a wonderful trip with Captain Paul and Scott. We caught 50 fish in four hours, a combination of Spanish mackerel and ribbonfish. The captain and deckhand were very professional, courteous, and it was obvious they had many years of experience with these charters. The accommodations on the boat were wonderful, the air-conditioned cabin was a welcome respite from the hot midday sun. My family enjoyed hearing about the local history, and fishing tips. Would highly recommend this experience for families.

We had such a great experience with Capt. Paul and his crew. From the minute we met at the dock, until we were back and unloaded. They did an amazing job at keeping us occupied and enjoy our experience. There were 2 younger kids with us and they did a great job explaining and teaching them as well. They communicated with the other boats to see what species were and which species were not active in the area just to ensure they were not wasting our time. We will definitely be back with these guys! Thanks so much for an amazing day!

Weather cooperated, boat was comfortable. We were able to nap on the way out and back in. Scott and Capt Paul got us on our targeted Tuna immediately. We ended up keeping 50 lbs and caught a bunch of other fish that we threw back. All 6 of us had multiple attempts to bring fish in. Good time!
