Had a lot of fun if you like fishing 🎣  in your local lakes and never been out over 40 miles off the coast this is a must do. Bring up a 100lbs of fish over 300 feet down is a lot of really fun work.

This trip was great!  The captain and deck hand were excellent.  I can’t say enough about Matt (the deckhand)!  Trip would have been a full 5stars across the board if it wouldn’t have been so rough. The roughness of the water bothered my son and father in law.  Nobody got sick, but they did just have that uneasy feeling.  The crew was good to do everything they could to accommodate us and make the beat out of it.  We filled the box with wahoo, Mahi Mahi, red snapper, vermillion snapper, and kingfish.  Great trip and I would recommend this outfit to anyone!  Thanks Captain Todd and Matt for the memories you helped us make!

What an amazing trip. The Capt. and first mate Matt were fantastic. We got a sail fish straight away. That got the trip started. Then we got a triple tuna hook up, which turned into a quadruple which included a night shark. The first mate Matt was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and absolutely enthusiastic. He made the trip an adventure. I told him I wanted to learn how to jig. Next thing we know we get to the spot and he is giving me a personal lesson. I had a blast jigging for red snapper. And, I cannot stress enough, this is a good boat. The Texas heat is brutal. This boat has a canopy on the back so you can wait for the bite in sun shade. This made a huge difference. Matt put a couple of bean bags in that shade so we could relax until the bite was on. We finished the trip with a large wahoo. What a trip…sail fish, tuna, wahoo, shark, red snapper…absolutely brilliant! I am a local and cannot recommend this carter enough. We will go out with them again.
