We had an excellent day on the Blue Tail, the crew worked hard making our experience one we will never forget. We caught Mahi and a beautiful Marlin. The experience was great from beginning to end, they provided lunch, drinks, the boat was very clean and we caught some great fish. The Blue Tail crew will be our go to fishing team from now on! We had an absolutely wonderful time. The boat is comfortable and well maintained. The crew is friendly, speaks English and will take great care of you. This was our first time fishing like this and we had a great time. Note- if you want a truly stress-free, just walk up to the boat kind of trip, go with the all inclusive. We literally just walked up with nothing and they provided a great sandwich lunch, drinks, licenses, etc. It was a perfect day on the water.

We booked with the Blue Tail after reading the reviews and had a great time scheduling and communication was great The all inclusive trip had everything you needed to catch fish the Lunch burritos were fantastic The Blue Tail crew know how to locate Marlin We hooked a Marlin early and the fight was on these powerful fish do not give up easily the four guys in our party battled for a hour taking turns in the chair. The whales were up close and put on great show themselves We landed some some small fish to end our great day on the water

Took my 3 kids (age 15,13,9) for their first deep sea fishing trip in April. We caught 13 fish(2 skipjacks, 6 sea bass and 5 scorpion fish). Apparently April isn’t great for fishing but the kids were happy with what we caught even if 5 of the fish were poisonous in the scorpion fish. Only caught the 2 skipjacks while the fish was moving. For the seabass they stopped the boat and dropped the fishing line. Joel and Gilbert were not the most talkative people but they guided us to where we could fish. No problems with the boat and my kids said they would do it again!

What an amazing experience! First time for all 3 of us fishing for marlin and all 3 of us hooked up and landed a marlin each. The crew was very helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Beer was cold and the food the provided was two homemade beef and bean burritos and were delicious. As first time marlin fisherman, they coached us up well and we didn’t loss a fish. I would highly recommended the Blue Tail to anyone who wants to have a good time and be with a crew who is serious about catching some marlin.
