Booked a 2 hour Kids trip.  Capt. Guion was very patient and helpful w my 7 year old daughter.  Conditions were calm and a little chilly but we still managed to catch a few fish.  We all had a chance to see a pod of dolphins on way back in and he let her navigate from the tower on the last leg. She had a blast and asked when we could do it again.  I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely an excellent trip considering the 20 knot plus chilly winds working against us.  Captain Guion put us on fish despite the wind and a low passing through the area.  Getting out of the wind took some time away from lines in the water, but Red Fish and Bull Black Drum made for a very good trip. Adding the Captain’s gift of gab concerning all things local made for a very enjoyable 4 hour trip.

Captain G was a fantastic host today on the water. The trip we booked was a short 2 hour kids experience. We felt like we definitely got the most out of it.  We got on some fish with the kids immediately after stopping the boat.  Within a short time we had several smaller fish in the boat and then saw barracuda near the boat. Captain G got us squared up with a rig for the occasion and we were able to get a barracuda in the boat!  We opted to head back to calmer water due to some sea sickness the kids were having, on the way back in we got into some Spanish mackerel and managed to get some bites but couldn’t land one. Some added sight seeing filled the trip back.  Overall great experience for the kids. Green Creek Outfitters will be a go to again if we make it back to the area.

2nd time in Wilmington area!
This time we travelled 4 hs with my son exclusively to go around fishing with Captain Guion again!
He is super friendly and knows very well the area. We had to interrupt our session due an incoming storm. He did not hesitate to complete the remaining time at a later time. He was not satisfied until we were able to catch a couple of fishes for my son!!.
The best fishing experience of our lives!!!
